Bruce is a 28-year resident of Central Oregon and has been a broker and partner at Compass for nearly a decade. He was the Compass Broker of the Year in 2006. His Real Estate career started in 1978. He served as Vice President of Land Developer Services, LTD, a company focused on the development of residential subdivisions. Intervening years were spent in ownership of three businesses. The most recent was a distribution company that peaked at 7 million in sales and was sold to a competitor.
Bruce, a Principal Real Estate Broker, is currently a partner in both Bend and Portland offices of Compass. He is active in investment sales, land acquisition, build-to-suits, business acquisitions, and leasing. He is the current real estate agent of record for the City of Redmond. He is also in his second year of serving as the President of Compass Commercial. He has served as the past president of CID (the commercial investment division of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors) and is now on that board. He also makes the time to be Scoutmaster of Troop 188, a Sisters-based group of 28 eager Boy Scouts.
