Depending on the Seller’s needs, we can require financial statements or credit reports from potential Buyers.
Business Introduction
We facilitate the timely delivery of information and provide clarification during initial introduction and review of the business.
Buyer Communication
We will facilitate communication between Buyer and Seller and act as a middle man regarding contractual requirements.
