Born and raised in Monterey, California, Tina has been working since age 14, beginning in a law office as a file clerk. She attended Monterey Peninsula Community College pursing a degree as a legal assistant. Subsequently she worked for the Law Office of Richard McLaughlin for five years as a legal assistant.  

After having family, she had held many different administrative/accounting part time positions while raising her three sons. Since relocating to Bend in 2003 she has had careers as varied as a legal assistant, part of a management team at an assisted living facility, and even was a preschool teacher.

In 2006 she began her career in real estate as a Property Management assistant for two years with a small company in Bend before joining Compass Commercial in March 2008 as the new member of the Property Management team. She is in charge of all calls into our property managers, preparation of all correspondence including leases, insurance certificate tracking, special projects, mailings, and statements. She receives maintenance requests and coordinates repairs and regular preventative work as necessary or as scheduled annually. She serves as an essential liaison between tenants, owners, and brokers to provide information pertaining to properties. Tina is earning her real estate license with the State of Oregon and is on track to become a property manager.

In her spare time you could find her, tossing the football and pitching a baseball to her sons, hiking, or she might be taking a fast drive on a windy road in her 1966 Mustang.
