Brody joined Compass Commercial in the Fall of 2005 as a dedicated Business Opportunity Specialist and has established a full-time Business Sales and Acquisitions Services division. Brody’s qualifications are rooted in the past 15 years of personal experience including business ownership, personal business acquisition efforts, and sales and marketing consulting for small business owners.
Brody’s commitment to helping entrepreneurs with the successful and satisfying transfer of businesses began at Sunbelt Business Brokers in Irvine, CA in 2002. He has also owned his own thriving business brokerage covering Southern California.
Brody’s experience with business transfers of all sizes and levels of complexity helps him guide clients through the complicated and confusing process. He partners with sellers by identifying qualified prospects, clarifying the opportunity, confidentially marketing the business, and advising throughout negotiations.
Brody is an active member of the
International Business Brokers Association where he earned the
prestigious Certified Business Intermediary designation.
