Compass Commercial was established in response to the demand for first-rate commercial real estate services in Central Oregon. Over the eleven years of our experience we have added branch offices in Redmond and in Portland, a commercial property management division, and a business sales and acquisitions team.
Our comprehensive resources enable us to tailor solutions to individual investor requirements. As a result, Compass Commercial has earned a reputation as one of the region's most respected real estate firms. At the conclusion of 2007 we led the Central Oregon commercial real estate market for total sales volume and number of brokers representing our company.
We currently manage well over a half of a million square feet
in commercial property in 33 buildings within the region. We
moved our Redmond offices to the Glacier Building downtown to
be closer to that thriving city center. We look forward to the
next decade of growth in all of our offices within Oregon.
