Cheryl Gardner is the principal broker of the Property Management Division of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services. As a broker and partner with Compass, Cheryl manages and leases office, medical, retail and industrial properties in Central Oregon. She has been a part of the Bend community for 35 years.

Cheryl has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience in the Central Oregon market and and provides an unsurpassed level of market knowledge and expertise to her clients. She currently oversees management and leasing of 35 buildings with well over 520,000 square feet of office, medical, retail and industrial space.

Cheryl also serves on the board of Cascade Community Development where she works at developing affordable housing for different populations (such as adults with mental or physical disabilities, or senior citizens). She still makes time for her three adorable grandchildren.  Julian and Lily, her two cats, allow Cheryl to live with them and pay their mortgage.
