Tracey joined the Compass Commercial Property Management
division late in 2007. Bringing 25 years of experience to Bend,
she is responsible for taking an active role in supervising the
fiscal and physical operations of the commercial assets in her
portfolio, which includes retail, office and industrial
properties. Her tasks involve leasing, coordination of services
and maintenance, and overall operating strategies. She works to
establish strong tenant and client relations, with the
intention of maximizing the value of each client's asset.
Tracey relocated to Bend from Juneau, Alaska where she owned
and operated Ricker & Associates Real Estate Inc., a full
service real estate agency. Prior to selling her business in
2005, she supervised a brokerage team while being responsible
for over 1.5 million square feet in commercial assets and
nineteen residential and office common interest communities.
Her wealth of experience also includes being an associate
broker and property manager with Remax in Juneau and
Menil Properties in Houston, Texas.
Tracey is also a candidate for a CPM (Certified Property
Management) Certification within the Institute of Real Estate
Management. She is scheduled to complete this prestigious
curriculum by 2008 year end. In Alaska, she was a member of CAI
(the Community Associations Institute) of the Alaska
Association of Realtors. She also served on the Board of
Realtors as President.
In addition, Tracey commits her free time to world travel,
having established her own relief organization which offers
financial support of facilities reconstruction and child
advocacy programs in Sri Lanka, Kenya, and New Orleans. She
finds herself drawn to mountainous areas where she continually
finds solace on the summits.
