Ken Streater is a commercial real estate specialist who has
lived and worked in Redmond for 11 years. His knowledge of the
City of Redmond and the nearby communities of Prineville,
Madras, Sisters, and Bend come from a decade of community
involvement and business ownership in Oregon. He has been a
successful real estate investor for over 20 years and has been
a Redmond-based commercial broker for the past two years. Ken
joined Compass Commercial in the Spring of '08 working out of
the Redmond, OR office on Glacier Place.
Ken is a CCIM candidate, having recently completed the entire
courseload, and will take the designee exam in the fall of
2008. He was just nominated to serve on the Board of Directors
for the Oregon/SW Washington CCIM chapter. Ken also serves as
the chairman of the Redmond Commercial Group, a network of
commercial brokers serving the Redmond market, that he helped
found in 2007. He has Associates, Bachelor of Arts and Masters
of Arts degrees from three different colleges. Prior to joining
Compass, Ken was the top producer and major producer award
winner for his previous brokerage, where he cultivated
strategic and winning relationships with buyers, sellers,
owners and tenants of all types of commercial properties. He
counts as his clients major national corporations, local
business owners, highly successful commercial real estate
investors, local community leaders, and others. He understands
and represents all types of investment properties, including
industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and development
land.
Ken is a member of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce and
Economic Development of Central Oregon and works with various
organizations, such as the Evergreen School Task Force, Redmond
Downtown Partnership Economic Development Committee, and the
Downtown Urban Renewal Advisory Committee. Simply,
Ken Streater loves calling Redmond home, along with his wife,
Danielle, He has three children, Dawson, age four, and twins
Delaney and Dari, not quite two years. He looks forward
to working with and for you to produce rewarding real estate
results.
