Adam made the move to Bend and joined Compass Commercial in 2005 after his travels landed him back in his home state of Oregon. Prior to joining the team at Compass, he was a private golf instructor, splitting time between southern California and Hawaii. Always being fascinated by real estate, he decided to exit the golf business and focus on building his knowledge and experience of the commercial real estate world.
After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a Professional Golf Management degree, Adam had the opportunity to work at the nation's highest echelon country clubs and resorts where he was able to fully embrace the client-driven service to which he still adheres. Adam strongly feels that the focus and key to success as a broker is to put the clients' goals as the number one priority, and through that will come great service.
Adam continues to dedicate his efforts to learn the ins and outs of complex real estate transactions including leasing, sales, investment properties, build-to-suit opportunities and joint venture relationships. He plans to complete all of his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) education in 2008, is an active member of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors and will be serving on the COAR Government Affairs Committee.
When Adam is not hitting the phones or teeing up new business, he can most likely be found on the area's great golf courses, lost in the powder on Mt. Bachelor or in the kitchen whipping up a gourmet meal for friends and family.
