Jeff has successfully negotiated over $35,000,000 of commercial real estate since joining Compass Commercial in the fall of 2004. Over the past few years, Jeff has been primarily focused on retail projects throughout the state. He has helped lease a premier retail center in Klamath Falls, negotiating with tenants such as Office Depot, Petco, Famous Footwear, and Borders. He has also helped clients acquire high profile commercial land throughout Central Oregon and in the eastern town of Ontario.
Jeff’s interest in retail began immediately after his graduation from Oregon State University in 1996. He moved to Bend and opened a dealership for E-Z-Go Golf Cars called Farwest Golf Central Oregon. Since the successful sale of this business in 2003, he has opened a Portland eatery called Fife, An American Place and a surf shop called All Surf Industry. His clients benefit from the perspective of Jeff’s own experiences as an investor and owner, and the knowledge and network of a licensed commercial broker.
Jeff is leading the development of the Retail segment for
Compass Commercial. He works with other brokers at the firm to
reinforce and grow Compass Commercial as the leader in retail
leasing, sales, and development in Central
Oregon.
