JD Mowlds joined our Central Oregon office in Bend with the start of 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Portland and spent the following 21 years as a Central Oregon resident. During that time JD has been an active participant in Central Oregon’s golf and business communities. His career includes a long tenure at the region’s landmark Black Butte Ranch, Awbrey Glen, and most recently as General Manager of Bend Golf and Country Club.
JD represents both buyers and sellers of commercial land, buildings and businesses. His skills and experience in client service, business management and marketing compliment the Compass team. And provide maturity, local context, and professionalism for his clients as well. Additionally, JD works with both landlords and tenants in negotiating office, retail and industrial space.
