Tracey Ricker Joins Compass Property Management Team

Cheryl Gardner, Partner and Principal Broker, announced the addition of Tracey Ricker, as broker and property manager for the commercial property management division of Compass Commercial in Bend, OR.

Ricker brings 25 years of experience to Bend, having previously sold her successful full service commercial real estate agency in Juneau. She is responsible for taking an active role in supervising the fiscal and physical operations of the commercial assets in her portfolio, which include retail, office and industrial properties, Her tasks involve leasing, coordination of services and maintenance, operating strategies, establishing strong tenant and client relations, with the intention of maximizing the value of the client asset.  
 
Her previous work at Ricker & Associates Real Estate Inc. involved supervision of a brokerage team and responsibility  for over 1.5 million square feet in commercial assets and nineteen residential and office common interest communities.

Ricker is charged with helping the property management division grow the number of buildings and square footage under Compass management by increasing client asset value through skillful lease negotiation, competitive best practices, and careful monitoring of each property within her portfolio.
 
In what free time may remain Tracey remains committed to world travel, having established her own relief organization which offers financial support of facilities reconstruction and child advocacy programs in Sri Lanka, Kenya, and New Orleans.
