Compass Commercial has released the most current overview of the Central Oregon real estate market in it's First Quarter edition of POINTS for 2008. The issue covers market analytics, abosorption reports for Bend including the Retail, Warehouse, and Office sectors. Redmond absorption is covered for the Redmond Industrial market as well.
