Peter has joined Compass Commercial Real Estate Services as a business broker. He is teaming up with Brody Mape to help individuals buy and sell privately held companies in Central Oregon. Peter comes to Compass with 15 years sales experience in the high tech marketplace. He understands then unique challenges and opportunities of the small business owner having been a founding partner in two successful small companies and earning his MBA from Colorado State University. He has taught at COCC and was also a speaker at the popular EDCO pub talk series. Peter is a member of Opportunity Knocks, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon, International Business Brokers Association and was on the Mt. Bachelor National Ski Patrol for 8 years. Peter has been a Bend resident since 1995 and has been married to his wife Kristi for three years. He and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking,n biking and skiing. |

Robert Raimondi has developed and managed commercial property in Bend since 1980 and is now a broker with Compass Commercial. As the past owner of New West Plaza, Robert has direct experience in tenant selection and management of small retail centers. In today’s challenging market, Robert can provide needed personal experience to Buyers and Tenants of industrial property or commercial centers. Raimondi brings 14 years of business recruiting and business development experience as the Regional Manager for the Oregon Economic Development Department. During that period Robert was responsible for the delivery of state resources to a 14 county area and assisted in the relocation of numerous out of state employers to the Central Oregon area. He routinely assisted industrial clients in the facilities site selection process through the use of custom research and investigation, financial analysis, modeling, negotiations, and project implementation. Prior to working in economic development, Robert had several years of experience in engineering, construction and financial analysis working for Fortune 500 companies prior to moving to Central Oregon in 1979. Robert Raimondi recently completed a course in financial analysis for investment properties which is a step toward becoming a certified commercial investment member (a CCIM). He is a graduate of George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and holds a MBA in finance from Seattle University. |

Bruce is a 30-year resident of Central Oregon and has been a broker and partner at Compass for a decade. He was the Compass Broker of the Year in 2006 and repeated as Top Producer in 2008. His Real Estate career started in 1978. He served as Vice President of Land Developer Services, LTD, a company focused on the development of residential subdivisions. Intervening years were spent in ownership of three businesses. The most recent was a distribution company that peaked at 7 million in sales and was sold to a competitor. Bruce, a Principal Real Estate Broker, is Partner at the firm and has served as its President for three years. He also holds a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation. Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation. It is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. The CCIM membership network mirrors the increasingly changing nature of the industry and includes brokers, leasing professionals, investment counselors, asset managers, appraisers, corporate real estate executives, property managers, developers, institutional investors, commercial lenders, attorneys, bankers and other allied professionals. Through this business network, CCIM members successfully complete thousands of transactions annually, representing more than $200 billion in value. He is active in business sales, investment sales, land acquisition, build-to-suits, business acquisitions, and leasing. He is the current real estate agent of record for both the City of Bend and the City of Redmond. |
