Compass Commercial Real Estate Services has enjoyed an unmatched reputation for credibility, teamwork, and integrity in the 12 years since its origination. We've grown to 30 brokers and staff, serving 3 divisions (real estate, property management and business sales and acquisitions).

Compass Commercial is a full service provider of commercial real estate services. Through our offices in Bend, Redmond and Portland, we cover all of Oregon and southern Washington. Compass specializes in commercial real estate transaction services including lease negotiations, investment transactions, market research, valuation and site selection.

We also provide full service commercial property management and currently have over 550,000 square feet of commercial properties in our care. We provide 24/7 care for 35 buildings and respond monthly to our owners with full reports and financials.

In 2005 Compass added specialists in business sales and acquisitions in response to the growing population in Central Oregon. Many clients visit our region and become so excited about the beauty and opportunity here that they relocate and we work with them to help them identify and purchase new careers. Others are long time residents and seek our representation as they value their businesses and seek to retire.

Our brokerage professionals have come to Compass from some of the most highly regarded regional, national, and international real estate companies. We have more agents (16), with more total years experience (170+), than any other commercial real estate specialist in the region. Five of our brokers hold CCIM designations, two are SIOR certified, and three hold MBAs. We are also the only commercial agency in the region to staff a professional support team for marketing and administrative attention to our clients' needs.

This sort of business volume, and the network of associates necessary to transact these deals, is the basis from which we launch new deals, and new successes.
