When our company celebrated its 10 year anniversary we took
advantage of the milestone to review the elements that made
Compass successful. From our past experiences, we formalized
this Core Values List as a blueprint for our future.
Compass draws on its Core Values directly and daily —
inside our company, in the way we treat our colleagues; and
outside our company, in dealings with our clients and
prospective clients, strategic partners, and suppliers.
These 5 values represent the standards we use to measure our
individual and collective actions.
