Compass Commercial was established in response to the demand for first-rate commercial real estate services in Central Oregon. Over the fourteen years of our experience we have added a commercial property management division, a business sales and acquisitions team, and recently a development services manager.
Our comprehensive resources enable us to tailor solutions to individual investor requirements. As a result, Compass Commercial has earned a reputation as one of the region's most respected real estate firms. At the conclusion of 2009 we led the Central Oregon commercial real estate market for total sales and leasing volume and number of brokers representing our company.
We currently manage over 600,000 square feet
in commercial property in 39 buildings within the region. We are busy supporting our clients with build out and renovation via our development services division. We look forward to the
next decade of recovery adn growth throughout Central Oregon.
