In today’s turbulent market, Buyers and Tenants need representation by aggressive brokers to locate, negotiate and close the best deals possible to take advantage of the recent real estate trends. Sellers and Landlords need those same brokers to creatively market their properties to the widest potential targets and preserve their property’s value by prequalifying those Tenants, Buyers and investors to make sure transactions close as smoothly as possible.
As a CCIM Designee actively pursuing his SIOR designation, a past board member and Vice President of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors and an active participant in organizing the Annual Oregon Commercial Real Estate Conference held in Bend, he is continually involved in the brokerage community both locally and regionally. Since relocating to the Southern Oregon area, he has become involved with Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development, Inc. (SOREDI) and is continually finding new avenues to have a positive impact on the business climate and economy in the area.
Adam joined Compass Commercial in 2005 after his travels landed him back in his home state of Oregon. Prior to joining the team at Compass, he was a member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Professional Golf Management from The Pennsylvania State University. After spending five years in the Bend office, Adam relocated to Medford, close to the area where he grew up in the Rogue Valley. He opened the branch office of Compass as Principal Broker in late 2009 and continues to grow the company both locally and regionally.
Taking the opportunity to reinvent the traditional local brokerage model, Adam has spent an increasing amount of effort focusing on developing relationships with Private Equity Real Estate firms, funds and fund managers, as well as targeting national developers in efforts to transact in the highest echelon of the commercial real estate business. With a proprietary database of over 900 such firms, he is uniquely positioned to help those clients take advantage of the favorable buying market.
When Adam is not on the phones or teeing up new business, you can find him on one of Oregon’s many lakes, rivers, golf courses or mountains enjoying all that life has to offer with his wife and three children.
