Russell joined Compass in 2005 and has since been involved in the successful negotiations of over $45,000,000 of sales and leasing transactions. He has been actively involved in Central Oregon real estate since 2000. Russell is native to this region, born in Bend and raised in Sisters.

As a licensed broker, CID Board Member and COAR member, Russ helps his clients pursue opportunities in commercial investments including land, investment sales, and commercial buildings. He also is active in all types of leasing. He has completed the extensive 4-part CCIM curriculum including investment analysis, tenant and landlord representation, and demographics.

In his education at COCC Russell completed extensive courses in entrepreneurship, accounting, and other business practices. He is a busy father of three and, previous to joining Compass, he spent five years self-employed working in muscle therapy and injury-specific treatment.
