Tara Donaca represents both buyers and sellers of commercial properties including retail, industrial, mixed use, and raw land. Additionally, she works with Landlords and Tenants in the successful negotiation of office, retail, and industrial leases.

Tara is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Central Oregon Association of Realtors (COAR), and the current President of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of COAR.

As a Bend native for more than 30 years, Tara has developed strong ties to the community. She is a member of the Greater Bend Rotary where she is the chair for the Shots for Tots program. She is also on the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon.

Tara graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (International Concentration) and a minor in Spanish. In keeping with her Bend heritage, Tara spends her away-from-work hours golfing, skiing, hiking, and traveling.
