Longtime Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker and partner Peter May, CCIM recently was licensed as a principal broker. The requirements for attaining this licensure in the state of Oregon include three years of active real estate license experience, completing 40 hours of training and to pass a state exam.
Peter May has been with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services for 10 years. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate and business sales. He’s looking forward to having the opportunity and knowledge to supervise other brokers in future transactions.
