Compass Commercial broker, Graham Dent represented Sawtooth Development Group, LLC in the purchase of a 50,935 square foot office building located at 1025 Willamette Street in Eugene from Hotel Investment Property Two LLC. The transaction value was $3,450,000.
C-97, LLC sold Frank’s Landing, a 37,897 square foot retail center located at 3835 & 3853 SW 21st Place in Redmond to Frank’s Landing, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Peter May, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR represented the seller in the transaction valued at $3,275,000.
Eriksen River Properties, LLC sold a 1.01-acre commercial lot located at 1011 NW Brooks Street in Bend to Stephen Cavanagh. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR, Graham Dent and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented both parties in the sale valued at $2,065,000.
Fifth Street Partners, LLC sold a 27,878 square foot multifamily property located at 465 NE Olney Avenue in Bend to Pyramid Homes, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Graham Dent, Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick represented the seller in the transaction that was valued at $1,539,828.
Summer 2011 Trust – Ganem sold a 1.13-acre commercial lot located at 1609 W. Chandler Avenue in Bend to JCMV Equities, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick represented the seller in the transaction valued at $725,000.
Carpenter Revocable Living Trust sold a 1.29-acre industrial parcel located at 20865 Redside Court in Bend to CS Construction. Compass Commercial brokers, Dan Kemp, Peter May, CCIM and Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the seller in the transaction that was valued at $469,207.
Hot Spring Spa leased a 3,000 square foot retail property located in the Forum Shopping Center at 2680 NE Highway 20 in Bend from G Group, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM represented both parties in the negotiation of the lease.
Wayne W. Ross and Joyce A. Ross sold a 3,900 square foot retail property situated on a 6,970 square foot lot at 206 NE Seward Avenue in Bend to Carpenter/Robbins Commercial Real Estate for $392,750. Compass Commercial brokers, Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Dan Kemp represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.
Compass Commercial broker, Robert Raimondi, CCIM represented Cascade Mattress Co., an Oregon Corporation in the lease of a 4,484 square foot retail property located at 61334 S. Highway 97 in Bend from Branagh Family 2000 Trust.
G4 LLC sold a 4,974 square foot industrial building located at 701 N. Broadway Avenue in Burns to John Giorgi. Compass Commercial broker, Dan Kemp represented the seller in the sale that was valued at $271,000.
