Central Oregon Commercial Real Estate News – September 2015 Transactions

BEND, OR — Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces the close of the following notable transactions in September.  The confidentiality requested by our clients is of the utmost importance and as such, not all of last month’s transactions are included in this update.

Deschutes Properties, LLC sold a 17,016 square foot industrial building situated on 1.43 acres at 62915 18th Street in Bend to Arthur and Jean Pozzi for a transaction value of $2,370,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Joel Thomas represented the buyer.

COCC Foundation sold an 8,861 sq. ft. multifamily building situated on a 24,829 sq. ft. lot at 1965 NW Monterey Pines Drive in Bend to Tormey Revocable Trust for a transaction value of $1,600,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Ron Ross, CCIM, Terry O’Neil and Gardner Williams, SIOR represented the seller.

1965 NW Monterey Pines Drive – Multifamily Sale

Richard C. Kelly Trust sold a 17,780 sq. ft. industrial building situated on 34,848 sq. ft. of land at 1560 NE 1st Street in Bend to Osborn Building, LLC for a transaction value of $1,175,000.  Compass Commercial brokers Graham Dent and Herb Arathoon, CPM® represented the seller, and Robert Raimondi, CCIM represented the buyer.

VPS3, LLC sold 9.60 acres of land at the northeast corner of Neff Road and Eagle Road in Bend to Timothy Smythe for a transaction value of $1,129,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the buyer.

Nichols Family Trust sold an 11,600 sq. ft. industrial building situated on 37,462 sq. ft. of land at 63004 NE Layton Avenue in Bend to Webfoot Painting for a transaction value of $1,068,000. Compass Commercial brokers Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil represented the buyer.

David Coutin Family, LLC sold a 6,514 sq. ft. office building situated on a 16,988 sq. ft. lot at 2239 NE Doctors Drive in Bend to Dana L. Bratton in a 1031 exchange valued at $935,000. Compass Commercial brokers Robert Raimondi, CCIM and Terry O’Neil represented both parties in the transaction.

Copper Basin Construction sold 10 residential lots in Tullamore, Idaho to Carpenter Revocable Living Trust for a transaction value of $385,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Bruce Kemp, CCIM and Dan Kemp represented both parties in the transaction.

Mary Albright leased a 3,956 sq. ft. office located at 18 NW Oregon Avenue in Bend to Swinerton Builders, Inc. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessor and Gardner Williams, SIOR represented the lessee.

Rediscover Sunriver Village, LLC leased a 1,637 sq. ft. office located at 57100 Beaver Drive in Sunriver to First American Title Company. Compass Commercial brokers Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessee.
