We are proud to introduce Timmy Regan and John Evans as the two newest members of our Asset & Property Management team. Timmy will be assisting the maintenance crew with work orders, and abstracting leases for property management. John will be joining our maintenance team, ensuring our managed properties are upheld to a high standard.
Originally from Montana, Timmy moved to Bend to be closer to family and to pursue a career in commercial real estate. He obtained his Washington Broker license before graduating from Gonzaga University, and plans to work towards his Oregon Broker license while at Compass. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Timmy owned and managed various rental properties in Montana and Washington, kick-starting his career in property management early on.
John’s experience in construction and maintenance gives him the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field. Before joining Compass, John gained an understanding of building codes and liens from the City of Redmond. He moved to Bend in 2017 after graduating from the University of Idaho and attending a military training course in Georgia. As an executive officer in the Army National Guard, John is charged with commanding 36 soldiers and preparing all training requirements.
