Central Oregon CRE March 2019 Transactions

We are pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm during the month of March 2019.

Brokers Adam Bledsoe and Bruce Churchill of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Pahlisch Homes, Inc., and seller, SA Liquidating Trust Resolution LLC, in the sale of a 9.28 acre parcel of commercial land located at 21380 NE Butler Market Road in Bend.

Two new leases were executed at the former Boomtown Building at 165 NW Greenwood Avenue in Bend. Community Taphouse Ventures, LLC dba Cascade Axes has leased 4,938 square feet of retail space and will be opening Bend’s first taphouse as an axe throwing venue. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the landlord in the transaction. In addition, Lone Pine Coffee Roasters will be relocating their downtown café to the adjacent space in early Summer. Broker Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the tenant and landlord and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the landlord, Boomtown Partners, LLC in leasing the 1,962 square foot space.

Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil, CCIM brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller of the 5,088 square foot multifamily property located at 20065 SW Beth Avenue in Bend. The sale was valued at $847,600.

Oxarc, Inc. renewed their lease for their existing 6,000 square foot suite and leased the remaining 6,000 square feet in the building at 20525 Robal Lane in Bend. Regional property managers Holley Jensen and Herb Arathoon, CPM® of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management represented the landlord in the renewal.

Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented COPA (Central Oregon Pediatric Association), the tenant, in leasing 3,326 square feet of administrative office space at 920 SW Emkay Drive in Bend.

A new Bavarian fusion grillhaus & biergarten, pflücke, plans to open in the 2,623 square foot restaurant space located in Fremont Row of NorthWest Crossing, 2747 NW Crossing Drive in Bend. The tenant was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services Broker Howard Friedman, CCIM. The landlord, Fremont NWX, LLC, was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM, Graham Dent and Kristie Schmitt.

Broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Aero Facilities, LLC of the industrial 4,900 square foot hangar located at the Bend Municipal Airport, 63205 Gibson Air Road in Bend.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the landlord, CVSC, LLC, and the tenant, Left Coast Burger Company, in leasing a 1,370 square foot restaurant space in Cascade Village Shopping Center, 63455 N HWY 97 in Bend.

Joel Thomas, CCIM and Adam Bledsoe brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer of the 0.21 acre commercial lot at 934 NE 1st Street in Bend. The seller was also represented by Joel Thomas. The transaction was valued at $325,000.

Bend Truck Toyz leased a 6,160 square foot industrial building located at 710 NE 1st Street in Bend. The landlord, Floyd Lewis Real Estate, was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Graham Dent and Gardner Williams.

Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management principal broker John Keba, CPM®, ARM® represented the landlord, Deschutes Properties, LLC in leasing 3,840 square feet of office space at 20310 Empire Avenue in Bend to NeighborImpact.
