Central Oregon CRE October 2019 Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm during the month of October 2019.

The business sale of Swag Manufacturing Inc. to Swag Tool Company, LLC a subsidiary of Traction Capital Partners, LLC was facilitated by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Peter May, CCIM and Dan Kemp, CCIM. The business, located in Bend, sold for an undisclosed amount.

Broker Graham Dent of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, JCIP-Simpson, LLC, in the acquisition of a 6.60-acre lot at the corner of 18th Street & Empire Avenue in Bend. The parcel sold for $2,650,000. JCIP-Simpson, LLC plans to redevelop a mixed-use project to include 60 apartment units and more than 60,000 sq. ft. of office, retail and restaurant space.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Bruce Churchill represented the buyer, Kevin Spencer, in the acquisition of 8.81 acres of land on Sockeye Place in Bend. Brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller. The property was sold for $2,342,003.

Patience, LLC (DBA Jiffy Lube) leased 3,470 sq. ft. of retail space for 20 years on a built-to-suite location at 1005 SE Cleveland Square Loop in Bend. Dan Kemp, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and the new store is scheduled to be completed in Q4 of 2020.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Ron Ross, CCIM represented the buyer, Eisenbraun Bend, LLC, in the acquisition of 560 NE Greenwood Avenue in Bend. Joel Thomas, CCIM and Adam Bledsoe, Broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the sellers, Paul and Jill Tornay. The 2,099 sq. ft. retail building on 0.32 acre sold for $605,000.

Broker Luke Ross of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management and Ron Ross, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Swish12, LLC, in the disposition of 2725 SW Volcano Court in Redmond. The 2,040 sq. ft. multifamily property on 0.51 acre sold for $355,675.

Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management brokers Luke Ross and Herb Arathoon, CPM® represented the landlords, Bonnie and Ray Sessler, in the lease renewal of an 8,000 sq. ft. industrial building located at 545 SE Bridgeford Boulevard in Bend.

Brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Gene Hoskin, in the acquisition of 776 SW Commerce Street in Prineville. Joel Thomas, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Mike Freeman. The 2.84 acres of industrial land sold for $160,000.
