Central Oregon CRE Update – November Transactions

We are pleased to announce our notable commercial real estate transactions closed by the firm during the month of November.

Compass Commercial brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick represented the sellers John Bushnell and Robert Holley in the sale of the Tumalo Feed Company’s 9,600 square foot restaurant located at 64619 U.S. Highway 20 on 3.5 acres.

Crane Shed, LLC sold a 0.35 acre commercial lot located at 623 Mill View Way in Bend. The seller was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz. The buyer, Sundog Coast, LLC was represented by Dan Kemp, broker of Compass Commercial. The transaction was valued at $499,000.

In an additional transaction, buyer Sundog Coast, LLC was represented by Dan Kemp, broker of Compass Commercial in the purchase of a 0.35 acre commercial lot located at 611 Mill View Way. The seller, David Bolles was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz. The transaction was valued at $499,000.

Compass Commercial brokers Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM represented Daniel and Donna Darling, the sellers, of the multifamily property located at 2104-2106 NE Linnea Drive in Bend. The 2,034 square foot duplex is located on 0.18 acres. The transaction was valued at $379,000.

Compass Commercial brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick represented West Coast Provisions, LLC, the tenant, in the lease of 1,741 square feet of retail space in Fremont Row NWX located at 2724 NW Crossing Drive in Bend. Fremont NWX, LLC, the landlord, was represented by broker Graham Dent of Compass Commercial.

The entity 1051 Bond Street, LLC, the landlord, was represented by brokers Graham Dent and Howard Friedman, CCIM of Compass Commercial in leasing of 2,779 square feet of office space located at 1051 NW Bond Street in downtown Bend.

Brokers Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial represented Dan Duggan, the buyer, of the 2,064 square foot industrial condo located at 675 NE Hemlock Avenue in Redmond. The transaction was valued at $187,500.

Riff Cold Brewed Coffee renewed their lease for the 9,000 square foot industrial space at 1789 SW Veterans Way in Redmond. Dan Kemp, broker at Compass Commercial represented 2008 Min Family Trust, the landlord.

Joel Thomas and Luke Ross brokers at Compass Commercial represented South Pacific Financial Corp in subleasing 2,720 square feet of office space located at Suite 104 of 300 SW Columbia Street in Bend.

Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz brokers at Compass Commercial represented both Navis, sublessor, and Leadmethod, Inc., the sublessee, in the sublease of 4,180 square feet of office space located at 705 SW Bonnett Way in Bend.

Paul Weaver and Graham Dent, brokers at Compass Commercial represented 1950 SW Badger Avenue, LLC, the landlord, in the lease transaction of the 3,250 square feet of industrial space located at 1950 SW Badger Avenue in Redmond.

District 2
The following transactions involve the District 2 property located at 543 & 549 NW York Drive in NorthWest Crossing, Bend.

Pro Q Solutions leased 3,243 square feet of office space. Taylor Development, LLC, the landlord, was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Bruce Churchill, Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz. Erich, Jay and Grant also represented Pro Q Solution, the tenant.

Brokers Bruce Churchill, Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial represented Taylor Development, LLC, the landlord, and Kollective Technology, the tenant, in two lease transactions totaling 4,455 square feet of office space.

Symplmed Pharmaceuticals, LLC leased 2,232 square feet of office space. Brokers Bruce Churchill, Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial represented Taylor Development, LLC, the landlord, and the tenant in the transaction.
