Central Oregon’s premier commercial real-estate firm is presently looking to strengthen our Asset & Property Management team with an experienced, well-rounded, passionate and progressive Regional Property Manager (RPM). You will be a key member of the property management process, overseeing all aspects of a large, diverse portfolio of commercial properties. The position reports to the VP of Property Management or designated representative.
The RPM is a key professional team member overseeing all operational aspects of a portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties of varying sizes and an expert in lease administration, knowledgeable of building and mechanical systems with some construction or tenant improvement background, bidding, negotiating and managing vendor contracts, adheres to best management practices important to maintaining the physical asset, effectively market properties and manage portfolios to sustain and/or increase profitability, contributing to trusted client relationships and client retention. Provide leadership, direction and support to assigned staff and other team members striving for property management excellence in a cooperative team environment.
The perfect candidate has a proven track record in managing a diverse property base, is a motivator, good communicator, and hands-on manager. Experience with developing and managing individual property budgets and implementing property investment objectives, leasing goals, tenant and property improvements as well as financial/budgets goals and objectives are required. RPMs are also responsible for review and oversight of all property purchasing and adherence to the expense budget.

The ideal candidate has:
- 5-10 years commercial property management experience in diverse commercial type property settings or has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance.
- An Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License is required or able to be attained in a timely manner.
- Excellent computer skills using Excel, Outlook and Word required.
- A solid working knowledge of property management software needed to be successful (Appfolio, Yardi or Skyline).
