This week, Smart Asset released a report using in-migration data from 575 of the nation’s largest cities and Bend, Oregon ranked in the net resulting top 10 Boomtowns in the country.
Criteria considered was the same as last year’s. According to the article they looked at “GDP growth, net migration rate, unemployment rate and housing growth rate. Additionally, we looked at the annual change in the unemployment rate.”
Smart Asset said in the report that, “Everyone wants to live in Bend”. We’d have to agree. Read the full post.
