CHALLENGE & SOLUTION: Collaborated with a long-term client on the development, leasing and management of Bend’s first speculative office development following the Great Recession.
Compass Commercial originally represented the buyer when purchasing the land. We then provided consulting services throughout the development phase and were awarded the leasing assignment and property management contract once the building was complete. The brokerage team preleased over half of the building to Sony Interactive Entertainment America.
