Dale Hendley

With a legacy spanning over 40 years in construction, Dale’s expertise is deeply rooted in his family’s tradition of building excellence. Early in his career, he honed his skills at W.H. Howell Construction as an estimator and purchasing agent for the development of the San Marcos Industrial Park (SMIP) in California. This expansive 50-acre industrial park, built from the ground up, included a rock plant to facilitate grading, showcasing Dale’s hands-on involvement in complex construction projects.

As a seasoned Project Manager, Dale collaborates closely with clients to ensure their primary business objectives are met throughout the construction process. Committed to delivering projects on time and within budget, he oversees every aspect from inception to completion. Dale creates bids, estimates, schedules, and budgets tailored to each project’s unique requirements.
