As a broker at Compass Commercial, Kerri incorporates her extensive background in financial services including commercial banking and lending, to provide her clients with comprehensive advisory services and solutions in all facets of commercial real estate negotiation.
Background & Experience
As a broker, Kerri approaches clients with their needs at the forefront and with a goal of having their best interest in mind throughout each interaction. She demonstrates expertise in her dealings and has connections throughout the Central Oregon region, providing the perfect complement to her experience.
With 25 years of experience in private and commercial banking, Kerri has the business acumen, contract negotiation and finance skills needed to advise her clients through every step of any real estate transaction.
Most recently Kerri was a broker with Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate LLC in Bend. Previously, she held the position of vice president, commercial relationship manager at Home Federal Bank where she managed a diverse portfolio of lending relationships. Prior to that, Kerri was vice president, private banking manager for Wells Fargo where she held additional roles in banking and underwriting at the company’s offices in Bend and Portland.
Kerri and her family relocated to Bend in 2005 after vacationing in the area for many years. She is an engaged community member and advocate for economic growth.
Kerri serves on the Chamber Advocacy Council, and chairs the City of Bend Affordable Housing Committee and is the land use chair for the SE Bend Neighborhood Associations, which is heavily involved in the new UGB expansion. She is past member of the United Way Community Investment Review Committee in 2013 and 2015 and is a past board member of CASA of Central Oregon and Bend Area Habitat for Humanity.
