As Regional Property Manager, Paul specializes in helping clients improve the value of their real estate portfolios. His expertise includes annual budgeting, overseeing general property maintenance and repair issues and supervising numerous large scale tenant and capital improvement projects.
Background & Experience
Paul has 20 years of real estate experience and has served clients in all aspects of commercial property management. Most recently, he was a property manager with Wallace Properties out of Bellevue, Washington and prior to that served as a property manager with Morris Piha Real Estate Services in Bellevue. Paul has managed extensive client portfolios and numerous properties in excess of 500,000 square feet spanning a variety of property types, including retail, office, medical and light industrial.
In 2014, Paul relocated to Bend to enjoy the quality of life that Central Oregon offers including bike riding, hiking and golf. Paul has volunteered with local charities such as United Way, providing community service for the Deschutes Children’s Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity.
