CHALLENGE & SOLUTION: Complex asset and business sale involving four partners on the sellers’ side and three real properties:
- Brewing Facility in Redmond – Owned and retained post-sale by the sellers and leased back to the new ownership group.
- 7th St. Pub in Redmond – Owned and retained post-sale by the sellers and leased back to the new ownership group.
- Cascade Lakes Brewery Lodge in Bend – Restaurant operating in leased space to a separate landlord.
