And, on the other side, we often work with professionals looking for appropriate space to lease for their businesses.

 

Property Management
We also represent owners of a variety of commercial buildings as their property managers. Compass Commercial property management helps owners, local or distant, care for their investment property 24/7. Our tasks are as straightforward as snow removal from parking lots or as complex as reconciliations of income and expenses for year-end tax purposes. We take the responsiblity of maintaining and growing the asset value of our clients' real estate very seriously and know their properties at the detail level. 

 

Business Brokerage
To further extend our service we also offer a Compass Commercial business brokerage. These brokers are exclusively dedicated to helping business owners valuate and sell their businesses. They reach national buyers for business that are regionally based,  here in Central Oregon. They also provide appraisal services for businesses or machinery and equipment. Compass Commercial business brokers represent both buyers for and sellers of small to mid-size enterprises.
