Background & Experience
Robert has served under four different Oregon governors gaining 14 years of business recruiting and marketing experience. As a Business Development Officer for the Oregon Economic Development Department, he assisted large employers in the site selection process, which often consisted of communicating and collaborating with federal, state and local governments. Complex zoning issues required the use of custom research, mitigation of special interests, modeling and negotiations leading up to project implementation. Before working in economic development, Robert had several years of experience in engineering, construction and financial analysis working for Fortune 500 companies.
