Since joining Compass Commercial in 2012, Terry has been excelling in retail, management, problem solving and sales. His experience ranges from transactions in land, office and retail to multi-family and residential.
Background & Experience
Terry has lived in Bend since 1999. He moved to Central Oregon vowing to Keep his feet on dry ground after a 17 year career as an Alaskan commercial fisherman. Upon arriving in Bend, Terry opened a chain of five successful franchise restaurants and operated those until 2012. His attraction to commercial real estate came from those retail experiences giving him a detailed understanding of the synergies necessary to create successful environments for both tenants and landlords.
He enjoys spending his down time with his beautiful wife Joni, golfing, fly fishing, photography, foraging for mushrooms and berries, traveling, cooking and discovering great wines of the Pacific Northwest.
