Background & Experience
Terry has lived in Bend since 1999. He moved to Central Oregon vowing to Keep his feet on dry ground after a 17-year career as an Alaskan commercial fisherman. Upon arriving in Bend, Terry opened a chain of five successful franchise restaurants and operated those until 2012. His attraction to commercial real estate came from those retail experiences giving him a detailed understanding of the synergies necessary to create successful environments for both tenants and landlords.
Terry actively volunteers at St. Francis Health Ministry, Grief Recovery Specialist through the Grief Recovery Institute and St. Vincent De Paul of Bend.
