Compass Commercial Construction Services undertook the build-out for Academy West Breathing Performance, located at Westside Yard on SW Century Drive. The breathing-focused physical therapy practice opened in June 2022, founded by Andy Sabatier to teach and facilitate the use of breathing strategies that benefit all aspects of life.

One of the primary challenges was integrating the specialized HVAC system to meet the stringent air quality requirements, ensuring that the air turnover would meet the needs of a breathing-focused physical therapy practice.

The installation of the high-efficiency HVAC system ensured optimal air circulation, while the custom LED lighting added a unique touch to the space, aligning with the breathing techniques used in the studio’s therapy sessions.
