Complex asset and business sale involving four partners on the sellers’ side and three real properties:

  • Brewing Facility in Redmond – Owned and retained post-sale by the sellers and leased back to the new ownership group.
  • 7th St. Pub in Redmond – Owned and retained post-sale by the sellers and leased back to the new ownership group.
  • Cascade Lakes Brewery Lodge in Bend – Restaurant operating in leased space to a separate landlord.

Compass Commercial performed a complex analysis for the sellers and buyers, both in real estate and business valuation requiring an in-depth understanding of ownership entities and the subsequent post-sale restructuring. This involved an intricate negotiation process over the course of four months resulting in a win-win transaction that was advantageous for both parties.
