Ground up construction build-out of 1,600 sq. ft. restaurant. CCCS flew to Southern California to attend the mandatory contractor class for new builders and gained the knowledge necessary to build to the exacting specifications of Jersey Mike’s Corporate. CCCS coordinated the build with subcontractors to complete the work on time, turning an empty space into a fully built-out Jersey Mike’s restaurant within six- weeks.
