Lease 76,000 sq. ft. of space in a newly renovated 115,094 sq. ft. industrial building that was converted from a single-user building into a multi-tenant building with suite configurations ranging in size from 5,000 – 40,000 sq. ft.
Compass Commercial was able to lease all of the vacant space to a variety of businesses within 18 months of taking on the assignment. All leases were triple net and the majority were five-year terms or longer with standard 3% annual escalators.
