Amanda is a highly experienced Property Manager, with over two decades of experience in the property management industry. Prior to joining Compass Commercial, she was licensed in the early 2000’s and served as a partner and office manager at High Desert Property Management in Redmond, OR.
In her role as a Property Manager, Amanda collaborates closely with tenants and ownership to prepare CAM reconciliations, develop and administer annual budgets, oversee property inspections, and coordinate maintenance work orders with vendors and tenants. She manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout Central Oregon.
Community Involvement & Interests
When she’s not working or volunteering, Amanda enjoys camping, hiking and traveling with her family. She became proficient in Spanish and developed a love for travel at an early age while she was an exchange student in Spain. She is excited for other students to travel, pursue their dreams and experience opportunities outside the standard classroom setting.
