Amber’s career path blends high-level athletic discipline, international perspective, and strategic business expertise—skills she applies daily in her role as Commercial Property Manager.
Her professional journey began with a full athletic scholarship to Boston University, where she competed in Division 1 tennis. After graduation, she broadened her worldview by living and working in Paris, France for four years. In 2015, she further enhanced her business acumen by earning an MBA with a concentration in Finance.
Prior to joining Compass Commercial Property Management, Amber served as a marketing global accounts director and content specialist, gaining valuable insight into brand management and client communications. She also held leadership roles as a contributor services supervisor for a major media company and as director of administration for a parking management firm.
Today, Amber is recognized for her proactive, solutions-driven approach to property management. She navigates challenging situations with composure, strengthens owner–tenant relationships, and focuses on maximizing asset value through high occupancy rates and streamlined operations. Her track record includes leading building improvement projects, implementing process efficiencies, and fostering vendor relationships that result in long-term lease renewals and minimal turnover.
Working in close partnership with leading Central Oregon commercial brokers, Amber ensures lease renewals are handled with precision and efficiency, creating positive outcomes for both property owners and tenants.
