With a career spanning over four decades, Bob is a skilled professional in the general construction sector. As Senior Superintendent at Compass Commercial Construction, he fulfills a crucial role in leading the construction team in the field. Bob collaborates with City of Bend authorities and jurisdictions to schedule property inspections, ensuring adherence to project timelines. Additionally, he oversees the creation and management of schedules for subcontractors and vendors at the job site.

Bob’s expertise in the construction industry spans various sectors, including commercial, medical and multifamily. Prior to joining Compass Construction in 2024, Bob served as a Superintendent for a Portland-based construction firm, completing a $34 million affordable housing project with over 140 units. One of his most notable construction projects was a $160 million project consisting of three commercial buildings on 11 acres in Hillsboro, OR.

Bob’s addition to the construction team enhances the company’s capacity to take on a multitude of projects. He excels in his supervisory role, overseeing as many as nine superintendents on one project.

Community Involvement & Interests

Bob’s passion lies in motorcycles and fixing up classic muscle cars. Most notably, he refurbished a 1969 Chevrolet Camero as a gift for his wife. Living in the Sunriver area for more than twenty years, Bob embraces the outdoor lifestyle of Central Oregon by boating and fishing or taking motorcycle trips with his wife.
