Carl Clements

With over four decades of expertise in the construction industry, Carl offers invaluable insights to Compass Commercial. He commenced his career in framing houses, later advancing to specialize in structural concrete and high walls. Carl’s career expanded to encompass government contracts for military infrastructure before he transitioned into a role as a general construction operations manager.

Since joining Compass Commercial, Carl has continued to make a significant impact. In 2023, he completed the company’s largest ground-up project to date, Philadelphia’s Steaks and Hoagies—a feat that earned him well-deserved recognition within the company.

Before Compass, Carl contributed his skills to esteemed companies across various sectors of commercial construction. His impressive portfolio includes overseeing a $1 billion microchip facility in Utah, contributing to the development of professional sports arenas, and establishing a flatwork concrete division at Jacobsen Construction. Additionally, Carl served as the Vice President of Sales for Monroc, a division of U.S. Aggregates, one of the top 10 aggregate producers in the U.S.
