He commenced his career in framing houses, later advancing to specialize in structural concrete and high walls. Carl’s career expanded to encompass government contracts for military infrastructure before he transitioned into a role as a general construction operations manager. Since joining Compass Commercial, Carl has continued to make a significant impact. In 2023, he completed the company’s largest ground-up project to date, Philadelphia’s Steaks and Hoagies—a feat that earned him well-deserved recognition within the company. Before Compass, Carl contributed his skills to esteemed companies across various sectors of commercial construction. His impressive portfolio includes overseeing a $1 billion microchip facility in Utah, contributing to the development of professional sports arenas, and establishing a flatwork concrete division at Jacobsen Construction. Additionally, Carl served as the Vice President of Sales for Monroc, a division of U.S. Aggregates, one of the top 10 aggregate producers in the U.S. Education
