With over four decades of expertise in the construction industry, Carl offers invaluable insights to Compass Commercial. He commenced his career framing houses and later specialized in structural concrete and high walls. He then expanded his career to include government contracts for military infrastructure before transitioning into a general construction operations manager role. Since joining Compass Commercial, Carl has continued to make a significant impact. In 2023, he completed the company’s largest ground-up project to date—Philadelphia’s Steaks and Hoagies—a feat that earned him well-deserved recognition within the company. Before joining Compass, Carl worked with esteemed companies across various sectors of commercial construction. His impressive portfolio includes overseeing a $1 billion microchip facility in Utah, contributing to the development of professional sports arenas, and establishing a flatwork concrete division at Jacobsen Construction. Additionally, Carl was Vice President of Sales at Monroc, a division of U.S. Aggregates, one of the nation’s top 10 aggregate producers. Education
