Chase Buchanan

Chase plays a key role in Compass Commercial’s construction operations, ensuring projects in the field run efficiently and seamlessly. As Assistant Superintendent, he organizes and oversees the construction field crew, making sure they have the necessary tools, materials, and direction to complete each job safely and correctly.

Chase began his career with Compass Commercial immediately after graduating high school in 2019, starting as a laborer. His dedication, work ethic, and leadership quickly earned him a promotion to Crew Foreman, and most recently, Assistant Superintendent. In his current role, Chase acts as the vital link between the office and the field: relaying instructions, managing workflow, and communicating directly with subcontractors to solve challenges as they arise.

Growing up on a farm and ranch instilled in Chase a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and problem-solving skills from a young age, qualities that continue to serve him well in his leadership role on the Compass Construction team.
