Gina Broglia

As a staff accountant, Gina works alongside the property managers to assist with owner distributions and update lease information in the system. She processes check runs each week, deposits rent/CAM checks, approves invoices to be paid and reconciles bank accounts.

Gina joined Compass Commercial in 2020 following her move from Phoenix, Arizona. Gina has nearly a decade of accounting experience in the real estate industry under her belt. She began learning the business by doing administrative work and later moved into accounting. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University, Gina worked as an accounts receivable specialist for a commercial real estate company out of Phoenix.
