As a Superintendent at Compass Commercial Construction, Joe Saenz brings a wealth of experience and dedication to each project he oversees. From start to finish, Joe ensures that every project stays on schedule, collaborating effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to achieve successful outcomes. Joe’s journey in the trade business began in 1985 with a strong foundation in structural concrete. Growing up, he had a passion for building homes, which led him to gain extensive experience in the residential sector. He worked on various residential projects in Prescott, AZ, including a ground-up AutoZone project. Before joining Compass Commercial, he owned his own general contracting business. Seeking new challenges, Joe relocated to Central Oregon in 2002 to continue applying his vast knowledge and skills in the construction industry. His diverse background and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the Compass Commercial Construction team. Joe is a proud Air Force veteran, having served four years as a jet engine mechanic. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, indulging in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and fishing.
