As VP of operations, Lupita keeps the Compass Commercial office on track. She provides support to the company as the first point of contact for clients. She specializes in IT systems, keeps track of office inventory and oversees real-estate transaction data. Lupita maintains the corporate budget and manages accounts payables and receivables.
Background & Experience
Lupita has more than 20 years of administrative experience. As a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Institute, she uses her human relations skills to enhance company and client relations. Before joining Compass, Lupita spent 15 years with the U.S. Forest Service as a professional Forester in New Mexico, Idaho, Alaska and Oregon. She also has four years of customer service and data management experience in the computer training industry.
Lupita is highly involved in the community as a member of Opportunity Knocks and the American Penstemon Society. As a former U.S. Forest Service professional, her family took part in the Adopt a Trail Program by adopting the Blue Lagoon Trail on the Deschutes National Forest, where they spend time during the summer months maintaining the trail for public access with primitive non-motorized hand tools. Singing in the St. Francis Church Service Choir and serving in various church ministries is yet another expression of her passion and love for people.
