Rich is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in construction development and management. As Vice President of Construction Services, Rich oversees the office management and field construction teams. Rich boasts an illustrious career spanning over 35 years in commercial construction development and management. He most recently served as the Vice President of Construction for a Portland-based construction firm, where he was instrumental in growing the annual gross sales from $60 million to $250 million. Before this, Reese was a Vice President of Development for the International Wyndham Vacation Ownership group. He has an impressive track record of successfully leading various development projects, including building mixed-use multifamily projects totaling 3,671 units with a value of $2.1 billion, converting hotels to mixed-use multifamily projects, and constructing over 1,500 single-family homes. Family is number one for Rich. When his sons were young, he served as a Scout Master for their Boy Scouts Troop. Rich’s passion for sports, leveraged from his athletic background at Oregon State University, led him to volunteer as a coach for his sons’ baseball and basketball teams. Rich is an active member of his church where he plays a significant role in mentoring men who are going though rough life experiences. He also loves the outdoors and is an avid fly fisherman and backpacker.
